90-Day Reporting in Thailand: What Foreigners Need to Know
VisaWork Permit

If you live in Thailand long-term on most visas, you must tell Immigration where you live every 90 days. It's simple, but easy to forget — and late reports mean fines.

Who has to report?

Foreigners staying continuously on a long-stay visa — such as a Non-B (work), retirement or marriage visa — must report their current address every 90 days. The count resets each time you leave and re-enter Thailand.

How and when

  • Report within the window of 15 days before to 7 days after each 90-day mark.
  • You can file in person, by mail, or online — but the online system can be unreliable.
  • A late report can result in a fine.

Let us handle it
